How long will my order take before I receive it?

Orders will take approximately 3 weeks for processing.

What if I want to send a check?

You can print the downloadable form and send it along with your payment. Checks need to be made to Stitch This, 505 Post Rd. West, Suite 000, Marlborough, MA 01752

What are my payment options?

Payments online are made through Paypal which needs a current credit card or by printing out the order form and sending a check.

What if I don’t like the item I purchased?

Unfortunately, all sales are final because they are customized with your logo. Please make sure that the item that you are purchasing is the size that you want.

What if my item is backordered?

Stitch This will contact you to see if you would like to change the color or wait for the item to be in stock.

How do I know that my order has been placed?

You will get a confirmation number right after your order is placed.

What do I do if I have a question regarding my order?

Click on the Order Tracking link on the store’s home page or call Stitch This at 508-485-2614. Please have your order number handy when calling.

Can I get an item without the logo?

Yes. There is certain apparel in this store that can be purchased blank.

What if I only get part of my order?

Please check the email account which was used to place your order for a message with additional information. Also, be sure to look at your bag to see if Stitch This has provided you with instructions regarding your order or a back-ordered item.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately all orders are final and cannot be canceled, but you do have the option of reselling your item to other Harvard EMS personnel if they are interested.
