How long will my order take before I receive it?

Orders will take approximately 2 weeks for processing.

What if I want to send a check?

All orders are done online, please call Stitch This at 508-485-2614 if you can not submit your order this way.

What are my payment options?

Payments online are made through Paypal which needs a current credit card.

What if I don’t like the item I purchased?

Unfortunately, all sales are final because they are customized with your logo. Please make sure that the item that you are purchasing is the size that you want.

What if my item is backordered?

Stitch This will contact you to see if you would like to change the color or wait for the item to be in stock.

How do I know that my order has been placed?

You will get a confirmation number right after your order is placed.

What do I do if I have a question regarding my order?

Click on the Order Tracking link on the store’s home page or call Stitch This at 508-485-2614. Please have your order number handy when calling.

Can I get an item without the logo?

No. This apparel can only be purchased online with the embroidery or imprinted logo.

What if I only get part of my order?

Please check the email account which was used to place your order for a message with additional information. Also, be sure to look at your bag to see if Stitch This has provided you with instructions regarding your order or a back-ordered item.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately all orders are final and cannot be canceled, but you do have the option of reselling your item to other Bellingham Hockey members if they are interested.
